For our fastest services, the clock depends on our 12:00 PM (Noon) Cutoff. To ensure we have the machine time and staff allocated to your project, please use the following guide:

• Ordered BEFORE 12:00 PM: Your order enters the production queue immediately. For “Same Day” products, these are typically ready for pickup or dispatch by the end of the business day.

• Ordered AFTER 12:00 PM: Your order will be processed as the first priority the following business day.

Note: “Ready” means the job is printed and finished. Please allow additional time for courier delivery if you are not opting for in-store pickup.

For instance, the order volume and complexity play a crucial role; a small batch of business cards will naturally be quicker to produce than a large order of custom-bound manuals. Additionally, our live production queue is dynamic, meaning your project’s position is determined by the current workload when your payment is processed. Material logistics can also impact timelines, especially if specialty papers are in high demand or affected by supply chain delays. Finally, design readiness is key; the clock starts ticking only after your final artwork is approved. If adjustments are needed, the timeline resets upon approval of the revised proof.
