Standard cuts are squares or rectangles. Contour cutting follows the specific edge of your design—whether it’s a logo, a star, or a custom shape—giving your labels a professional, high-end finish.

How to sumbit your files

To get the best results, we need your artwork provided in one of the two following ways:

Option A: The “Two-File” Method (Recommended)

Best if you aren’t sure how to layer files or are using high-resolution images.

The Print File: A high-resolution image (300 DPI) of your label. Make sure your background colors or patterns extend slightly past the edge (Bleed) so there are no white gaps.
The Cut Template: A separate file showing exactly where you want the blade to cut. This should be a simple black outline of your shape.

Option B: The “All-in-One” Method

Best for designers using vector software (like Illustrator or CorelDraw).

Integrated File: Submit one file containing your artwork on one layer and an editable vector path (the cut line) on a separate layer clearly labeled “Cut Line.”

Pro-Tips for Success

Mind the Bleed: Extend your background art at least 3mm past the cut line.
Safe Zone: Keep important text and logos at least 3mm inside the cut line.
Resolution is King: Ensure all non-vector images are 300 DPI for a crisp print.
