Preferred Partner Programe – Coupon Code Policy & Disclaimer

By participating in the Copy C.A.T. Preferred Partner Program and using your issued coupon code, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Use

• Coupon codes are issued to approved Preferred Partner Program members only and are non-transferable.

• Codes must be used under the registered company name to qualify for the discount.

• Copy C.A.T. reserves the right to request proof of identity or company affiliation before applying the discount.

2. Minimum Purchase

• A minimum spend of $1,500 JMD per transaction is required to redeem the coupon code.

• A minimum spend of $30,000 JMD per month is required to keep the coupon active.

3. Discount Restrictions

• Coupon codes cannot be used:

  • In conjunction with any other coupon, discount, or promotion.

  • On items already on sale or marked as “Special Price.”

  • For gift card purchases or pre-paid credit.

4. Blackout Dates

• Copy C.A.T. reserves the right to apply blackout dates at our discretion, during which coupon codes may not be redeemed. These periods may include, but are not limited to, peak production seasons, special events, or promotional campaigns.

5. Revocation & Changes

• Coupon codes may be revoked, suspended, or modified at any time without prior notice, at Copy C.A.T.’s sole discretion.

• Program terms and discount amounts are subject to change.

6. Abuse of Program

• Misuse, including sharing the code outside of your authorised organisation, fraudulent transactions, or circumventing these terms, will result in immediate termination of coupon privileges and possible account closure.

7. Other Limitations

• Discounts apply to the print cost only and exclude delivery, design fees, rush charges, or other service fees unless otherwise stated.

• Coupon codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Copy C.A.T. is not responsible for failure to apply the discount if the code is not entered at the time of purchase.
